GENERAL INFORMATION

EVENT OVERVIEW
The Summit County Builders Association proudly presents the 29th Annual Parade of Homes. This event showcases exquisite custom homes, offering a unique opportunity to meet the builders and designers and gather inspiration for your next project.

TOUR DATES & HOURS
Dates: September 21-22 and September 28-29
Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

TOUR MAP/PARADE ROUTE
Explore the Parade of Homes with ease using our detailed map, follow the homes in order for the best route. The map includes the locations of all the homes on the tour, [View the Map]

Homes are numbered in the most efficient route—1 through 8 or 8 through 1. Also, please note that parking availability varies from property to property, and there may be other events happening in the area. Be sure to heed posted signage and parking instructions. 


LODGING
Stay comfortably while you enjoy the Parade of Homes. We have partnered with AC HOTEL in Frisco, Colorado to offer special rates for attendees. [Find Lodging]

TICKETING INFORMATION
The Summit County Builders Association is proud to partner with The Summit Foundation for ticket sales. A portion of the proceeds of every ticket sold supports this organization and their efforts to support the Summit County community.

General Admission: $25 per person and includes access to all homes on the tour for both weekends.
Children Under 16: Free admission with a ticketed adult.

How to Buy Tickets
Online: Tickets can be purchased online through Eventbrite.
In Person: Tickets can be purchased in-person at our local ticket selling locations in Summit County, Alpine Bank, All locations, Mountain Comfort Furnishings and Design, Frisco and Collective Design, Frisco. 
At the Event: Tickets can be purchased at Home #1(55 Pheasant Tail Lane) or Home #8 (25 Tip Top Trail) or our POH Box Office located at the Summit High School, 16201 Co Hwy 9, Breckenridge, CO 80424.

Redeeming your Online Ticket Purchase
A wristband is required for entry into the homes.

Please bring your Eventbrite ticket (either printed or on your mobile device) to one of our designated ticket redemption locations.


Your ticket will be scanned, and you will receive a wristband that provides entry to all homes on the Parade.

Ticket Redemption Locations:

You can pick up your wristbands at any of the following locations:

  • Home 1: 55 Pheasant Tail Lane, Silverthorne

  • Home 8: 25 Tip Top Trail, Keystone

  • Tiny Home Box Office: Summit High School (also open for general information)  16201 Co Hwy 9, Breckenridge, CO 80424

After receiving your wristband, you’ll have access to all homes on the Parade throughout the event. Your ticket is valid for all four days.


Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.

TICKETS & DONATIONS

The Summit County Builders Association is proud to partner with The Summit Foundation for ticket sales. The Summit Foundation is a trusted community organization providing leadership and resources to assist local working families and to help resolve critical community issues. A portion of the proceeds go to The Summit Foundation that  provides over $4.5 million annually to the Summit County community through grants to more than 100 nonprofit organizations and scholarships to over 175 students. VOLUNTEERS

Be a part of the 29th Annual Parade of Homes by volunteering your time and skills! This exciting event supports the Summit Foundation, and we need enthusiastic volunteers to help make it a success.

As a volunteer, you'll assist with:

Ticket Sales: Help attendees purchase tickets at the event.
Check-In: Greet attendees, check them in with our online ticketing system, and provide wristbands.
Wristband Distribution: Ensure all attendees receive/wear their wristbands for entry into the homes.
Counting Attendees: Help us keep track of the number of visitors at each home.


Your volunteer shift will provide you with FREE admission to the Parade, on all 4 days: September 21, 22 and 28, 29 2024. Working as a volunteer is a great way to meet members of your local Builders Association, see the amazing houses and help support the community.

 

Only ONE adult is needed per shift, but people may work in pairs if they would like.

Our ticket sales are supported by The Summit Foundation, The tickets sales for the Parade of Homes partially benefit The Summit Foundation, and will support their Grant & Scholarship programs.

POH FAQ

What should I wear on my feet?

Please wear easy-to-remove shoes as you'll be asked to remove them before entering the homes. Avoid wearing dirty or worn booties; some builders may prefer no booties.

Are there facilities available in the homes?

Please do not turn on faucets, showers, or use the toilets inside the homes. Designated restrooms will be provided for your convenience.

Can I bring large bags into the homes?

We request that you do not bring large bags into the homes.

Are pets allowed in the homes?

No, animals are not permitted in any home during the Parade. Please leave your pets at home.

Can I sit on the furniture or touch items in the homes?

No, we ask that you do not sit on the furniture, touch walls, or handle any loose items.

Can I eat any food displayed in the homes?

No, any food or refrigerator items displayed in the homes are not for consumption.

What should I do if a room is roped off?

Please respect the homeowners' wishes and stay outside roped-off areas.

Can children attend the Parade?

Yes, children are welcome, but they should remain with you at all times. Please note that children ten years and older need a ticket to enter.

When are the Parade homes open?

Homes are open from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please ensure you visit the homes within these hours.

What parking etiquette should I follow?

Be mindful of neighbors around the Parade homes. Don't park where there are No Parking signs, avoid blocking driveways, refrain from turning around in neighbor driveways. When signs are posted, only park on one side of the street. Avoid walking on private property.
